This module will include the success recipe and changing your state to optimize performance. We will be ensuring you have all the tools you need to move forward.

This lesson includes strategic Intervention training and implementing any changes necessary to move forward.

Vulnerability is one of our biggest assets we have but most of don`t use. This lesson we are going to dive into what this means to you and you will learn some tools on how to be vulnerable and dare greatly.

Our very last lesson will include learning about DBT strategies to help with mindfulness, internal regulation, emotion regulation and distress tolerance. These tools will be beneficial in moving forward and ensuring you are able to regulate your emotions.
