master your mindset is here!

I gotta be honest, I am super excited about this course. The last time we ran it, we had a lot of success stories, break throughs and some BIG changes. Since we ran the last course, I have added a module and snuck in some extra goodies to make it even BETTER!

So, before you think this is a hooky pooky course, I want to lay something down for you. You see, rewind back a couple of years ago and I WAS NOT A BELIEVER in mindset. I mean I was always a positive person but actually taking a course called "Master Your Mindset" would have been the last thing on my list. But, here I am today not just partaking in a course but creating a course and standing by it 100%. 

WHY? Well because it works, silly.

I have done the research, I have found the science, I have tested again and again and i`ll be darn, it WORKS!

Being mindful and learning how it can change your life has been... well... life changing and I want to share that with YOU. Well with everyone to be quite frank.

- Weekly meditations (visualizations...yes it works. If you don't believe me, search up your favourite athlete and I guarantee you will see one of their daily practices is meditation or in sports terms… visualization)

To break it down a little further:


Module 1:


We are going to learn all about the ego, the science behind it, what it does, how it works, what it is built for and you are going to get clear about how you have control over it and begin to take steps to shut the door on it.


Module 2:


This module is all about learning about what makes you tick. We are going to get down to the nitty gritty, find out what your triggers are, how your inner voice might be harming you and then we are gonna start doing the hard work and change that inner critique. In this module we build on confidence and really hone in on how to live your life authentically and secure a sound mindset.


Module 3:


This module is going to cover boundaries, finding your soul sisters, dealing with negative people and how you can do all this through establishing and changing your mindset. Setting boundaries and realizing you have control on what you let into your life is a game changer and will help you realize the power you have at your fingertips. 


Module 4:


We are talking about the connection between food and your emotions, thoughts and actions. This often gets forgotten when you focus on mindset but plays a HUGE role. I am going to give you some tools on how to fuel your body so your focus on TOTAL BODY HEALTH and not just one pillar.


Module 5:


We are going to solidify our values, establish a new set of rules to live by that leaves us with a solid mindset, an environment to grow and tools in our tool kit to handle life and those obstacles when they are handed to us. We can`t control what happens to us, but we can control how we react to it. Having tools to set us up for success is key.
