About the Workshop
This event is going to be a small intimate event where we break through some of your barriers, learn some strategies on how to tame that ego and learn to love the journey we are nn and love ourselves unapologetically. Â We will start the day with a small yoga/stretching session so come with your comfy clothes on (no need to bring your own mat).
