Being consistent gets a bad name and people often think it's hard, it's not fun, it takes all day long, but that is so far from the truth. 

Consistency in my opinion is SEXY. Why? By having very simple needle movers that take me minimal time, I am able to have so much flexibility, freedom and openess in my schedule. I want to teach YOU how to use consistency and simple action items to give you freedom.

• Finding out what consistency looks like for you. No more doing it like the gurus tell you, you should.

• Learning how to change your relationships with consistency. It’s time to break up with the bad vibe this word gets.
