Whoo-whoo welcome to the Mastering Your Mindset course. I am so excited to have you here and so proud of you for putting YOU first and deciding you want to go big in life. 

Living in a society where self-care is not necessarily valued, it is super hard to step into doing YOU and putting you first. BRAVO!

  • We are going to learn all about the ego, what it does, how it works, what it is built for and you are going to get clear about how you have control over it and begin to take steps to shut the door on it. Understanding the ego and recognizing where our negative thoughts come from is the first step to understanding how mindset works. 

  • This module is all about self love, seems corny I know but loving yourself and getting on board with taking care ourselves is where the change is going to happen. We are going to get down to the nitty gritty, find out what your triggers are, how your inner voice might be harming you and then we are gonna start doing the hard work and change that inner critique. In this module we build on confidence and really hone in on how to live your life authentically and secure a sound mindset.

  • This module is going to cover boundaries, finding your soul sisters, dealing with negative people and how you can do all this through establishing and changing your mindset. We are who we surround ourself with and often times we start being conditioned by outside influences that we totally forget who we are. This module is going to help you peel back the layers, let go of judgement and help guide you to living your life according to your rules and values. 

We are talking about the connection between food and your emotions, thoughts and actions. This often gets forgotten when you focus on mindset but plays a HUGE role. I am going to give you some tools on how to fuel your body so your focus on TOTAL BODY HEALTH and not just one pillar.

This module is going to wrap everything up by assessing our values and getting clear on the things that are important to us. We are going to be clearing the space to make sure you are actually living according to YOUR values and ensuring we have a toolkit for keeping our mindset sound after this course.
